Kris brings over 20 years of Talent Management experience to his internal and external corporate clients. His specialities include leadership development, learning & development, competency development and end-to-end talent management. He has also led consulting practices and serviced key client relationships for several organizations.
Since 2004, Kris has leveraged his consulting talents and leadership capabilities to a variety of clients. He has worked both internally and as a consultant to over two dozen organizations, building and applying creative solutions in the Talent Management space.
Some of the organizations Kris has worked with include: AARP, Alpharma, Bristol-Myers Squibb, DowJones, Enbridge, Federal Express, Forrester Research, Heinz, Honda Automotive, HSBC, Johnson Controls, Kaiser Permanente, Kohler, Life Technologies, Lockheed Martin, Lyondell-Basell Mercedes Benz, NCCI, Olympus, Watson Pharmaceuticals and Westinghouse Nuclear Power.
Most recently, Kris has led the way in introducing modern learning technologies into large organizations, fundamentally changing their Talent Management philosophies and approaches. These implementations have had broad and sweeping contribution where all dimensions of Talent Management have been impacted; from talent identification and acquisition, to training and development, through performance management and succession planning. In some cases these implementations have realized more than $4M cost savings in the first year of implementation.
Known for his ability to facilitate large groups and small workshops, Kris has made significant contributions to every organization with which he has worked. He has often received accolades for his ability to bring out the best of individuals and audiences, building rapport, developing key relationships and taking away key insights.
Kris has authored numerous trade and academic articles as well as multiple training resources. He has conducted workshops and provided train-the-trainer programs, facilitated large and small groups. He has provided coaching to people at all levels of organizations.
Kris remains in active publishing and teaching both academic and business articles. He has delivered dozens of courses topics for businesses, undergraduate and graduate learners. In 1998 Kris was nominated as Faculty Member of the Year by the psychology students at Brigham Young University. He has served on numerous graduate thesis projects and has overseen international study by several students. After academics, he moved to consulting services where he spent over ten years before being hired to fill internal Talent Management roles with some of his former clients.
Kris earned his Bachelor of Arts, Philosophy, Master of Science, Psychology and Doctor of Psychology, Psychology from Brigham Young University , Provo, UT.
Consistent with Kris’ core beliefs of giving back, he remains active in several volunteer organizations, including Boy Scouts of America and the Civil Air Patrol (an auxiliary of the United States Air Force). He regularly serves at charitable organizations including local food banks.
Kris Currently lives in Hopewell, NJ with his wife, four daughters and two dogs.
